VOOKS is a product of BB Creations LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE457277, with its registered office at Efesou 9, Paralimni 5280, Ammochostos, Cyprus ("bbcreations", "we", "us").
These terms cover the vooks.app website and the early access list. The app will have its own terms.
Early access
- Joining is free and doesn't oblige you to buy anything.
- A place on the list doesn't guarantee access by a particular date. We let people in in small groups.
- Referral credit is for real people who join with your link. We may remove credit or signups that look automated or fraudulent.
- You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@bbcreations.so or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Pre-release product
The features, titles, timelines and pricing described on this site show what we're building and may change before launch. The Vee conversations on this site are previews with sample answers.
Books and intellectual property
The VOOKS name, logo and site content belong to BB Creations LTD. Book and paper titles belong to their authors and publishers. Quotations from public-domain works use public-domain translations.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or the early access list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
